I. Product Overview
High-pressure steel wire spiral hoses are high-strength, high-pressure-bearing, and fatigue-resistant hydraulic delivery pipelines. They are primarily used for medium transportation in the hydraulic systems of various mechanical equipment under high-pressure, high-frequency, and complex working conditions. The products are strictly manufactured in accordance with the GB/T3683 national standard and are also compatible with major international standards such as ISO1436, DIN20022, and SAE100R1AT/R2AT. They meet the supporting needs of most engineering equipment both domestically and internationally. They are suitable for conventional hydraulic fluids such as petroleum-based media and water-based emulsions, but are not applicable to special media like castor oil and naphthenic esters.
II. Main Application Scenarios
High-pressure steel wire spiral hoses are widely used in mine hydraulic supports, oilfield extraction equipment, construction machinery, building machinery, lifting and conveying equipment, metallurgy and forging equipment, marine supporting equipment, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and automated hydraulic systems. They are mainly used to transport pressure media such as mineral oils, hydraulic oils, fuel oils, lubricating oils, and oil-water emulsions under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, serving as core supporting components for industrial hydraulic systems.
III. Product Structural Composition
The hose adopts a multi-layer composite structure consisting of a medium-resistant inner rubber layer, an intermediate rubber layer, a multi-layer steel wire spiral reinforcement layer, and a weather-resistant outer rubber cover:
Inner Rubber Layer: Made of high-quality oil-resistant nitrile rubber, it features high density and excellent sealing properties. It effectively isolates the conveyed medium, prevents the corrosion of the steel wire layer, and ensures uniform pressure bearing of the pipeline.
Steel Wire Reinforcement Layer: Adopting a multi-layer spiral structure of high-strength steel wire (2, 4, or 6 layers) as the core skeleton, it significantly enhances the pressure-bearing strength, pulse resistance, and structural stability.
Intermediate Rubber Layer: It ensures tight bonding between the steel wire layer and the inner/outer rubber layers, resulting in a solid overall structure with uniform stress distribution and minimal deformation under pressure.
Outer Rubber Cover: Made of high-density, weather-resistant special rubber, it offers superior wear resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and mechanical impact resistance, making it adaptable to harsh conditions such as outdoor environments, mines, and construction sites.
IV. Core Product Features
Excellent Medium Resistance: The specially formulated oil-resistant rubber for the inner layer provides outstanding oil, high-temperature, and aging resistance. Long-term transportation of hydraulic oil, fuel oil, and emulsions will not easily cause swelling or aging, resulting in a longer service life.
Ultra-High Pressure Bearing and Strong Pulse Resistance: The steel wire spiral skeleton structure provides high load-bearing capacity and pressure ratings. It can withstand high-frequency pulsating pressure impacts from equipment without easily bursting or delaminating.
Tight Structure and Low Deformation Rate: All layers are tightly bonded with moderate flexibility. The hose exhibits minimal expansion and stable dimensions under high-pressure working conditions, ensuring safer pipeline operation.
Superior Fatigue and Bending Resistance: With high overall tensile and compressive strength, the hose is resistant to cracking under repeated bending and dynamic operations, making it suitable for mechanical applications with frequent movements.
Significant Single-Length Advantage: Large-diameter specifications can be customized to an ultra-long single length of 20 meters, while small-diameter specifications can be produced in continuous lengths of 10 meters or even 100 meters. This reduces the number of fittings, lowers the risk of leakage, and meets the whole-pipe laying requirements for large equipment.
V. Advantages in Working Condition Adaptability
This series of hoses features strong overall stability and high durability. They can cope with complex and harsh working conditions over the long term, including high pressure, heavy loads, frequent start-stop cycles, outdoor sun exposure, and dust abrasion. Relying on their stable pressure-bearing performance and long service life, they have become the preferred supporting products for high-pressure hydraulic systems in industries such as construction machinery, mining, oilfields, and metallurgy.
